My Project

Main objective: To practise reading and writing skills, review vocabulary.

Level: High School students (4th year)
Class type: 14-15 years students
Aim: To practice using quantifiers and adjectives.
Activity focus: Reading and writing.

Time: 2 min podcast, 60-90 min the whole project.
Material: Readings, cellphones, computers, crayons, internet.
Procedure:

1. After having received the class on quantifiers and the use of adjectives in the classroom and perform the corresponding exercises. They will be divided into 8 teams (3 members each)
2. Each team should read the text, make a mental map about the things that most attract attention and finally make a glossary about the reading.
3. They will make a publicity (Podcast) on the treated topic (it must include quantifiers and adjectives for its realization).
4. The time for the podcast will be no more than two minutes.
5. They will upload the recorded audio to the Soundcloud platform.
6. They will share the link of their podcast through GoConqr, exactly in the teacher's English class: Quantifiers.
7. Reflect on their works in the classroom.
